Company Certified as a Most Loved Workplace
TCG has been certified as a Most Loved Workplace by the Best Practices Institute (BPI), a reflection of the company’s commitment to promoting the well-being of employees and their families. TCG received particularly high marks in the areas of Collaboration and Respect, earning separate awards in those areas.
Certification is based on an employee survey that rates companies on various aspects of satisfaction and sentiment, including the level of respect, collaboration, support, and sense of belonging they feel inside the Company.
“Creating a positive, collaborative workplace is part of our mission as a Public Benefit Corporation and Certified B Corp,” said Daniel Turner, President of TCG. “Government contracting can be a challenging environment, and we work hard to support TCGers on the job. We also ensure that TCGers have time with their families and in their communities. The atmospheres of workplaces radiate out into the world, and TCG’s aims to have a positive influence.”
TCG has established and continues to establish company policies that promote positive well-being for its employees and their families. We have programs to support work/life balance, flexibility, financial wellness, physical wellness, and professional development for TCGers.
In its original research that created the certification criteria, backed by BPI, Most Loved Workplaces surveyed more than 175 companies and more than 3,000 executives across the United States, the Middle East/Northern Africa, and Southeast Asia.
