WASHINGTON DC—TCG has been listed in the top third of the Best Medium Workplaces by Great Place to Work and Fortune magazine in recognition of the company’s dynamic, employee-centered culture. TCG is ranked at 32 out of the 100 medium-sized companies that made the list.
The survey results highlight TCG’s commitment to honest and ethical business practices and to offering special and unique benefits. 79% of TCG employees filled out the survey, with 97% reporting that TCG is a great place to work.
As part of TCG’s mission to do good and be good while doing well, the company continually seeks objective assessments of how well it is living up to its core values, and how it compares to other companies in its commitment to employee happiness and well-being.
“It’s not enough to say that you’re a good company because your mission statement describes admirable qualities for businesses,” said CEO and Founder of TCG Daniel Turner. “You have to seek out perspectives and data points beyond what’s generated internally. Surveys, certifications, and recognitions like this give us an opportunity to do that.”
This is TCG’s third time on the Best Small Medium Size Workplaces List. Great Places to Work has previously named TCG a Best Workplace in Technology and a Best Workplace for Women. Additional data on the results of the survey are available here.
“Small and medium-sized businesses have a tremendous influence on the US economy and workforce,” said Michael C. Bush, CEO of Great Place to Work. “Organizations like TCG have found the key not only for winning top talent, but also for playing a leadership role in creating great workplaces where everyone can succeed regardless of who they are or what job they perform.”
