We are excited to announce that Daniel Lichtenstein, TCG’s Business Development Executive, has been selected to coach the prestigious ACT-IAC Associates Program. Mr. Lichtenstein will serve as one of four industry coaches, paired with four government coaches who will lead the Associates class of 2025.

The Associates Program prepares entry-level professionals with up to six years of experience for their future roles as leaders in government and industry. This unique program fosters career growth through coaching and classroom training as well as independent and team exercises.

In his role, Mr. Lichtenstein will be responsible generating of educational content aimed at bolstering the students’ government acumen. He will also lead a subset of students in a project that will aid the Communities of Interest Program at ACT-IAC. Last year, his team produced a whitepaper for the Health COI.

He brings 17 years of experience and expertise in the Federal and private sector. His impressive track record includes serving as the Director of Federal Programs at Apptio, where he achieved the first-ever direct-to-government award. He is also a graduate of the ACT-IAC Voyagers program, and in 2024 served as an Industry Coach and Vice Chair of the Associates program.
