Survey Demonstrates Satisfaction of TCG’s Role as Prime Contractor
Washington, DC, November 22, 2010: TCG has announced the latest results of its annual survey of companies who serve as subcontractors on TCG’s Federal government contracts. With more than 25 subcontracting relationships, TCG relies on its subcontractors every day. Across the board, TCG’s subcontracting partners give TCG high marks for its business relationships with its partners. Some highlights of the survey include :
- 88% of respondents stated that TCG was doing a good or excellent job as prime contractor
- 94% rated the company 8 or higher on a sliding scale of 10 (with 10 the highest ranking) with respect to contract management
- 64% gave TCG a rating of 8 or above for the company’s performance compared to other prime contractors
- 83% gave TCG a rating of 8 or above as a company they would recommend to other clients and business partners
- 82% responded that the company is always aware of and responds promptly with issues related to team well-being
- 94% stated that TCG always listens to project team members and responds appropriately
- 100% of respondents stated that all identified problems have been resolved to their satisfaction
- 88% are enthusiastic about working with TCG again as a partner
“Our annual survey of our subcontractor business partners serves as a vital barometer of how well we are working with our team members,” said TCG president Daniel Turner. “Collaboration, along with honesty, fairness, and openness, are key TCG core values. It is important for us to live by these rules with respect to our business partners. Any organization must rely on partners to meet the needs of its customers, and I feel it’s important to conduct regular evaluations of our relationship with our partners. While I would prefer to have gotten 10’s across the board, it’s clear that by and large our partners are happy with their relationships with TCG and with the way in which they are treated. We look forward to continuing to improve our ratings and further work with our teaming partners in the years ahead.”
