TCG is excited to announce that Portmanteau JV LLC, a joint venture between TCG and PBG Consulting, has been awarded the Best-in-Class 8(a) STARS III Government-Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) from the General Services Administration (GSA). The contract has a five year base with one three year option, and a ceiling of $50 billion. The award further cements TCG and PBG’s long-standing relationship, founded on an SBA-approved Mentor-Protégé Agreement. 

“STARS III will accelerate TCG and PBG’s ability to bring over 55 years of collective experience and expertise in Federal IT to a wide range of Federal customers,” said David Cassidy, Vice President of TCG. “GWACs provide agencies with far greater flexibility to procure the vital IT and management services they need, and we are honored to be part of this incredibly diverse and capable cohort of awardees.” 

The scope of work for the 8(a) STARS III GWAC includes data management, applications development, information and communications technology, IT operations and maintenance, cybersecurity, software development, and systems design. Emerging technology focused IT services are also included, such as artificial intelligence, robotic process automation, and quantum computing.
