TCG proudly announces the promotion of Michael Drescher to the role of Executive Director of Growth. In this role, he will lead business development, proposal development, and marketing for the company. 

As a Business Development Executive at TCG since January 2017, Mr. Drescher played a pivotal role in leading corporate development efforts at key federal agencies, including the Departments of Treasury, Health and Human Services, Education, the Securities and Exchange Commission, and the General Services Administration. 

Drescher brings over 25 years of experience as a sales and management executive and strategic business advisor at federally-focused firms large and small. Throughout his career, he has sold and managed federal and commercial contracts valued in the hundreds of millions of dollars and is now poised to lead TCG’s growth as a mid-size IT services firm. 

Michael holds a Master of Public Affairs (M.P.A.) and a Master of Science (M.S.) in Technology and Environmental Policy from Princeton University, and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Zoology from Arizona State University. He is a proud native of Montana.
